Juan Montoya is a co-founder and current CEO at Rokk3r, the world’s first ‘co-building’ platform that partners with entrepreneurs, corporations, and investors to generate exponential value. Juan has worked on over 200 projects with entrepreneurs and global and regional corporations in the US and Latin America and helped Cobuild over 40 companies within this ecosystem. He continues to play a part as an advisor or board member in many of these companies. Juan oversaw the initial operational growth and expansion of Rokk3r in the U.S. and internationally and was instrumental in establishing the infrastructure that supports products and companies at Rokk3r today. He is an ardent proponent of Web3 and investor and builder in the space since 2015.

Previously as an economist and management consultant Juan specialized in helping large private and public institutions transform themselves through the use of data and manage complex programs, leading teams of consultants in the development of complex predictive models and software tools. In this capacity, he has traveled the world and worked for some of the world’s leading institutions including the World Bank/IFC, US Treasury, USDA, SBA, SSA, and many others.
