We have achieved our first sales (€3M), convinced business angels (€2M) and the crowd (€1M), we now receive daily inquiries with building plots, we have LOIs/ PR from well-known companies and have our first ones Projects ready for investment in regions with very high demand: Our goal for 2024 is to complete 6 villages with an investment of €70M and a) simply sell them = €15M net proceeds or b) rent them out = 2,000% ROE in 20 years, or a mix of both . This will place us at the forefront of nascent European community development and bring an ESG-compliant solution to the $580M US community market. We are looking for equity capital of €8.5M to bring in some specialists and automate the sales funnel to filter prospects much faster. Here we have a mix of RealTech/ GreenTech and ConTech/ PropTech and are therefore highly scalable and significantly less risky.
